Q: How much can you lift?
A: I once benched 185 lbs. for 10 reps. Then I wondered..."why the heck did I just do that?"
Q: If you could live anywhere...where would it be?
A: I am fortunate to love where I live
Q: What motivates you as an athlete?
A: Knowing that there is always room for continuous improvement. That regardless of the competition, it is really me against myself.
Q: What is your ethnic backround?
A: My Mother is from Thailand and my Father is American
Q: What are you like?
A: I'm pretty simple and low key. I enjoy quiet evenings at home.
