In 2007 she took first place at the Asian Championships in Women's Bodybuilding 58kg class (That's about 127 lbs. for the metrically challenged like me).

Pauline has been on the cover, and featured in several magazines, among them Oxygen, BODY, Ironman and Muscle and Fitness.
She is a writer for Bodybuilding.com, and has been sponsored by Better Bodies and Optimum Nutrition Inc.

If you look at most of my beautiful women Hubs, you'll see that I usually feature dark haired, dark skinned women. But every now and then a blonde comes along that I think is so amazing that I have to write something on her.
This stunning young lady is IFBB Figure Professional, model, host and actress Mindi Smith.
Mindi has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and she is a certified personal trainer.

She has never been one to shirk the physical side of life, being active in ballet, jazz, tap, gymnastics classes, running cross country, track and field, basketball, and volleyball before even starting her fitness career.
Well at least her pro fitness career, it looks like she's been involved in fitness all her life.

Mindi has appeared on the HBO series Entourage as a Beverly Hills Pedestrian and on the Spike TV show, Mananswers.

She's was on the TurboFIRE Kickboxing DVD and the The Ultimate Workout DVD series as a fitness instructor.

Mindi has also appeared in commercials for AXE Body Spray, Power Platform and 6 PakJak Crunch & Curl.

In my last Hub, The Top Ten IFBB Pro Bikini Competitors I did just that, the top ten.
So I thought I'd make a second and profile the next ten, to give you a top twenty.
Like I said in the first Hub, not everyone is crazy about the Bikini division, but with some of the figure competitors switching over, the division may be gaining more respect.
This will be the first real year of competition and it starts on March 27th, 2010.
Here are some more of the women that will be major players when competition gets under way.
Oh and by the way, I consider this "fitness" because these events are held by the IFBB, the International Federation of BodyBuilding and Fitness.
